Kundalini yoga for å styrke aura!

Dette yoga settet renser og balanserer det elektromagnetiske feltet ditt, auraen. Jo sterkere auraen din er, jo mere beskyttelse vil du ha i hverdagen og jo mindre sårbar og usikker vil du bli. Kriyaene som vi skal gjøre vil også eliminere toksinene i kroppen, stimulerer fordøyelsessystemet og balansere de 3 aspektene av sinnet ditt.

Veldig fint yoga sett for deg som sitter mye foran PC eller yrke hvor du samler mye informasjon og i blant opplever mental fatigue/utbrenthet. 

Gjør dette settet minst en gang i måneden for å gi deg selv en dyp rens, eller en gang i uken.

  • Total balance kriya "This kriya balances the aura and electromagnetic field, stimulates the elimination of toxins, develops muscular coordination, and gives balance to the brain. It is a great practice for staying in tune, particularly if you have something to do that requires quick, clear decisions, and delicate manipulations. It is also excellent to practice if your work gives you brain fatigue and mental sluggishness. Exercises 1 through 4 balance the aura, muscles, and brain. Exercises 3 and 4 are especially good for brain balance. In fact, Exercise 3 was used as part of a system of therapy for the mentally imbalanced. They would feel great pain and yell and scream. But the pain is only a record of the amount of brain adjustment needed. Exercises 5 through 8 work on breaking up the deposits and releasing tension caused by poor digestion and high toxicity. Exercises 9 and 10 open the head and lung areas. Exercise 11 consolidates your mental projection into a one pointed positivity toward yourself and your daily tasks."
  •  Meditation for balancing mind and heart unto Infinity "This meditation balances the frequency and quality of the Heart Center. The Heart Center opens the potential for compassion and humility. Humanity is now going through a global transition into the Aquarian Age. We are preparing to have kingship over the service of the Universal force. This requires Universal Consciousness. There are two ways of developing Universal Consciousness: through hardship and time or through mantra. Mantra is the easier way, but the difficulty is that mantra opens the Heart Center and the mind has difficulty following the heart’s frequency. But it is through the understanding that comes from the heart that the mind can realize the concept that Infinity is within us."
